You may use content, strategies and materials provided by Nava Digital Marketing for your own personal or organizational use. However, you may not resell or redistribute them as your own products or services.

You will not make copies of or share any portion of the content, materials or strategies with other individuals or organizations. Each client must purchase their own license and access.

You may make back-ups of digital materials but may not make them available as downloads to others or host them on any other server or website outside your own.

Nava Digital Marketing will customize and modify recommendations based on the unique needs and brand values of each client. However, clients follow those recommendations at their own risk. Nava Digital Marketing is not responsible for any adverse outcomes or issues resulting from modifying or improper implementation of strategies and guidance provided. Support applies only to Nava Digital Marketing’s original recommendations and deliverables.

No refunds will be issued for purchases of services, resources or educational materials from Nava Digital Marketing unless otherwise guaranteed in proposals or at checkout. By completing any other purchase from Nava Digital Marketing, you agree that it is non-refundable. However, you will receive a limited support period as specified at time of purchase.

Nava Digital Marketing reserves the right to deny service or access to any client for any reason. Failure to comply with terms and conditions may result in termination of service.

All services, content, resources and materials provided by Nava Digital Marketing are offered on an ‘as is’ basis. Nava Digital Marketing disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied. Your use of any offering is at your own risk. Nava Digital Marketing will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of its offerings or recommendations.
